SA-TP series spinel refractories are characterized by high density, high hardness, and good thermal shock resistance. They exhibit excellent durability against the severe scouring, chemical erosion, and high-temperature melting damage of molten materials.
The molten material, including crude lead, is discharged through the outlet to the launder. This is the most severe part of the entire furnace operation, needing to withstand mechanical scouring from the molten material, chemical erosion from the slag, and thermal shock damage caused by drastic temperature changes. Therefore, SA-TP series spinel refractories can be used here.

SA-TP series spinel refractories are made using open mold forming or machine pressing, dried, and then sintered at high temperatures. After passing quality control, they are packaged using wooden pallets, paper corners, and plastic steel straps.
