SA-TP series spinel refractories are characterized by high density, high hardness, and good thermal shock resistance. They exhibit excellent durability against the severe scouring, chemical erosion, and high-temperature melting damage of molten materials.
The melt from the flash smelting furnace is discharged through the discharge port to the launder, which is the most severe part of the entire furnace operation. It needs to withstand the mechanical scouring of the melt, chemical erosion of the slag, and thermal shock damage caused by drastic temperature changes. Therefore, SA-TP series spinel refractories can be used here.
