SA-SMS series spinel refractories are characterized by high density, high hardness, good thermal shock resistance, and high refractoriness. They exhibit excellent durability against the severe scouring, chemical erosion, and high-temperature melting damage of molten materials.
Special alloy smelting furnaces include those for smelting ferro-molybdenum, ferro-titanium, ferro-vanadium, and ferro-chromium. These furnaces are characterized by short smelting times, high temperatures (up to 2300°C), large slag volumes, and rapid cooling, resulting in generally shorter refractory lifespans. The furnace lining must withstand chemical erosion from the molten slag and thermal shock damage caused by high temperatures and rapid temperature fluctuations. Therefore, SA-SMS series spinel refractories are suitable for this application.
SA-SMS series spinel refractories feature high density, high hardness, good thermal shock resistance, and high refractoriness. They exhibit excellent durability against the severe scouring, chemical erosion, and high-temperature melting damage of the melt.

SA-SMS series spinel refractories are produced using open mold forming or machine pressing, followed by drying and high-temperature sintering. After passing quality control, they are packaged using wooden pallets, paper corners, and plastic steel straps.
