SA-AL series spinel refractories are characterized by high density, high hardness, and good thermal shock resistance. Their excellent resistance to melt erosion, corrosion, and drastic temperature changes, as well as their long service life, have been consistently recognized by customers.
The matte and slag from the flash smelting furnace are discharged through the weir to the trough. SA-AL series spinel refractories are pressed using a pressure machine, dried, and then sintered at high temperature. After passing quality control, they are packaged using wooden pallets, paper corners, and plastic steel straps.
