They are specially baked unshaped refractory material consisting of various specifically sized aggregates and powders,additives and binders,and can be applied directly to the work location without presintering.They are patented products developed by our company with features of high temperature resistance,high strength,good abrasion and corrosion resistance,good ther- mal shock resistance,good gas tightness.In addition,depending on the purpose there are choices available to cater for good thermal conductivity or heat insulation.The unshaped materials are widely used in various smelting furnaces,slag cleaning fur- naces,heating furnaces,soaking furnaces,electric furnaces and steel ladles in ferrous and non-ferrous industries;glass kilns in building materials industry;synthetic ammonia gasification furnaces,carbon black reactors,refinery and catalytic cracking units in chemical industry as well as combustion chamber,back burning zone,balance flue and cyclone separator of CFB boilers.
It performs very well when applied on-site with both dry and wet methods,very easy to use as being wellappreciated by our customers.
